Today, i had an amazing day. Especially when it was time for english class. If you don’t know my english teacher can be a mean person. But today when she came into the class, she was different. She looks warm TOTALLY different from what she usually looks like. After that instead of giving us MOUNTAINS of homeworks for next week. She made us play an english speaking game! It was fun. English class has never been that fun, i could tell that the whole class had a great time, including me. I was little bit blue when the bell rang. It was like i didn’t want the fun to end. One by one, villagers walk down a small footpath to climb the hills toward the temple, carrying offerings of fruits and flowers in the form of Pajegan, Banten and Canang, all obtained from local grounds around the village.
The ceremony was led by temple leader Mangku Djito, who chanted each verse of the prayers accompanied by a rhythmic beat of the vajra (bell), as well as a cloud of incense smoke. The people also followed by singing Macapat Asmaradana Tembang, which contains prayers and praise to God Almighty.
The prayers continued with the metirtha procession, the blessing of the people with holy water. After receiving the blessing, people attached bija (rice seeds) as a symbol of bringing wisdom to the heart and mind.

Today in class, we discussed the importance of proper citation in academic writing. Our English teacher explained the different citation styles, such as MLA and APA, and how to correctly format in-text citations and reference lists. We also went over common mistakes to avoid when citing sources.

Jika kita dapat mengontrol bentuk mulut kita dan aliran udara dengan benar, maka pengucapan kita lebih jelas dan orang lain memahami kita lebih mudah.
Penutur bahasa yang berbeda cenderung untuk mengembangkan otot-otot yang berbeda dari mulut untuk pengucapan. Ketika kita berbicara bahasa asing, otot-otot disekitar mulut kita mungkin tidak dikembangkan dengan baik untuk bahasa tersebut, dan kita akan menemukan kesulitan untuk mengucapkan kata yang benar. Dengan berlatih pengucapan bahasa asing, otot kita mengembangkan dan meningkatkan Pronunciation.
Hal ini juga berlaku untuk mengucapkan huruf konsonan serta huruf vokal dengan benar.kita menggunakan otot-otot mulut dan sekitarnya seperti lidah dan bibir. Adapun aspek-aspek lain yang penting dalam Pronunciation, meliputi :

Di dalam Bahasa Inggris terdapat word connection atau penghubungan atau penggabungan kata-kata tertentu, biasanya penggabungan ini berkaitan dengan cara pengucapan suatu huruf vokal dengan hruf konsonan ataupun sebaliknya.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of debate technique in order to improve students‟ achievement in writing analytical exposition paragraph. The study was conducted by using class room action research. The subject of this study was the second year students of SMA Santo Thomas 4 Binjai consisting of 25 students.
The study was implemented in two cycles and each cycle consisted of three meetings. The instruments of data collection were writing test and social judgement (diary notes, observation sheets, questionnaire, and interview). The research result in that 1) the implementation of debate technique is effective to improve students‟ achievement in writing analytical exposition paragraph which is in writing test result, students‟ scores kept improving in every test that In orientation the mean score was 28,8, in the test of cycle I 51,8 and in the test of second cycle was 65. It means there is a significant improvement toward the before, after, during several times of the aplication, 2) students‟ perception on debate technique is good and positive, 3) and the teaching – learning process run well That students were active and enthusiastic in writing.

ABSTRAK Materi pelajaran menganalisis unsur intriksik cerpen merupakan salah satu bagian pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas IX SMP. Lewat analisis unsur intriksik, diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran tentang visi kehidupan manusia. Namun, berdasarkan kondisi awal diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan memahami unsur intriksik cerpen siswa kelas IX-B SMP Negeri 1 Dukuhseti baru 65,50, sedangkan KKM yang ditetapkan 75. Siswa mencapai KKM sebanyak 9 orang (45%), sedangkan siswa yang belum mencapai KKM sebanyak 11 orang (55%). Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas IX-B SMP Negeri 1 Dukuhseti Kabupaten Pati tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 melalui implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw; dan (2) Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memahami unsur intrinsik cerpen pada siswa kelas IX-B SMP Negeri 1 Dukuhseti Kabupaten Pati tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 melalui implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Subjek penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas IX-B SMP Negeri 1 Dukuhseti yang berjumlah 20 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik tes dan nontes. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Sesuai dengan hasil penyajian dan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas IX-B SMP Negeri 1 Dukuhseti Kabupaten Pati tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 76,41, siklus II sebesar 78,91, dan siklus III sebesar 85,95; (2) pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan kemampuan memahami unsur intrinsik cerpen pada siswa kelas IX-B SMP Negeri 1 Dukuhseti Kabupaten Pati tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dibuktikan dengan rata-rata nilai pada kondisi awal sebesar 65,50, siklus I sebesar 75,00, siklus II sebesar 80,28, dan siklus III sebesar 84,64.
